Pricing
The Franz Josef Trail includes:
An experienced guide accompanying the group
- Good quality accommodation on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd nights
- All transport while on the tour
- Luggage transported through to the end of Day Four
- High quality meals, as follows:
Day 2: Breakfast, lunch and evening meal
Day 3: Breakfast, lunch and evening meal
Day 4: Breakfast
The all inclusive price per person for the 2009/2010 season is NZ$1790
# A deposit of $200 per walker is required to secure a place on the tour.
# An invoice for the balance of the tour price will be sent out six weeks prior to the tour departure date.
# Please note prices (unless they have been confirmed and paid for) can change from time to time, at the tour operator's discretion.
# Please note accommodation is double or twin share. If single room accommodation is requested, an additional fee of NZ$250 per person is payable to cover this requirement for the duration of the walk.
Your Franz Josef Trail ends at approximately mid-day in Hokitika leaving you with a number of additional options:
